When it comes to delivering top quality service, collecting
data is only part of the equation. Many companies have
tools in place to gather data. The common mistake is
believing that the tool is the answer. The key to success
is leveraging what you have to improve your sales and customer
service strategies.
Like anything else in life (that you wish to succeed in),
there are no shortcuts! You must always follow a PROCESS. But
you must also make sure that you are following the right process
(one that is proven). Otherwise, all you will do is automate
bad things, and your ROI won’t materialize. Since
1993, along with many wonderful clients that we’ve had
the pleasure of working with, we have developed the following
process which is time tested, proven, and enjoys a 100% success
rate.

When we meet a prospective
client, we don't begin by telling you why you need us.
We begin by learning as much as we can about your business.
Only then, can we determine if there is a fit. Some of
the things we to need identify from the beginning are:
- Your short term goals,
- Your current staff problems/hurdles,
- A benchmark of your current staff performance,
- A benchmark of your current customer expectations,
- Your specific goals (eg. Your ultimate goals for
staff performance, and how you intend to measure your
success).
- The best way to meet your customer's expectations.
- Your current Policies & Procedures.

2: Solution Design |

Every company
we work with is different, as are their needs. At HIDDEN
CONCEPTS INC. we realize that a cookie-cutter service
will not help you. After we have completed our initial
Research and Diagnosis stage, we endeavor to custom-design
a specific solution for you.
When we devise an action plan, we consider:
- What tools will be best in helping you reach
your goals, while also remaining cost effective.
- What
(custom) content shall be included, as part of the
tools that we implement,
- What frequency tools should
be engaged,
- How to best utilize the results of our tools,
to close the gap between your current staff performance,
and where you would like their performance to
be,
- What will be the best form of accountability
for your staff,
- What costs will be associated with the program,
and the projected ROI,
- Consider competition analysis.

3: Implementation |

Many great
ideas arise in boardroom discussions, however where most
people/companies fail is in execution.
HIDDEN CONCEPTS INC. will implement the newly devised
program, and measure the program’s effectiveness
on an ongoing basis, to ensure you reach your goals.
We will consult with you regularly, and revise the
programs (as needed).

and then choose not to do anything beneficial with that
